We have a chat with you first to understand the home and care needs. Then we lock in a time that works for you. A licensed electrician installs the sensors on the ceiling of the room and we walk you through the set up process to get you started.

Once it's installed, Vitara CarePilot quietly monitors the home 24/7 using camera free sensors.

For the first 14 days, it learns what normal daily routines look like. After that, it can spot changes, detect falls, send instant alerts, and show simple insights into movement, rest, and activity.

Vitara CarePilot watches for signs of a fall and sends alerts to the primary carer and co carers after the device confirms that it is a genuine fall.

It first flags a possible fall (takes up to 60 seconds), then confirms it (up to another 60 seconds) to help avoid false alarms.

Once confirmed, it sends alerts straight away and keeps the status updated after the event.

It can also provide helpful everyday insights that support safer care at home.

With the Peace of Mind Plan, you'll be able to see:

• Unusual Inactivity Alerts: Spots unusual inactivity and alerts carers when support may be needed.
• Critical Alerts: Urgent fall alerts can override silent mode on iPhone, helping carers respond faster to serious incidents.
