By joining Vitara's Founder's Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Availability
- Founder's Club membership is exclusively available to the first 500 customers who enroll in the program by subscribing to any of Vitara CarePilot's tiered packages:
- Assurance Package
- Peace of Mind Package
- Guardian Care Package
- Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and once the limit of 500 members is reached, no further memberships will be granted.
- Subscription Commitment:
- To qualify for Founder's Club membership, customers must commit to a minimum 12-month (1-year) subscription, paid either:
- Monthly, with automatic recurring payments.
- Quarterly, with automatic recurring payments.
- Annually, as a one-time upfront payment.
- Short-term subscriptions (less than 12 months) or cancellations before the completion of the initial term will result in revocation of Founder's Club membership.
- Age and Residency Requirements:
- Membership is open to individuals who are:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.
- Residents of Australia, with a valid service address within the Vitara CarePilot coverage area.
- Account Requirements:
- Customers must create and maintain an active Vitara CarePilot account, providing accurate and up-to-date personal information, including:
- Full legal name
- Contact details (email and phone number)
- Billing information
- Membership may be denied or revoked if false or incomplete information is provided.
- Exclusions and Restrictions:
- The following are not eligible for Founder's Club membership:
- Corporate or business accounts.
- Existing customers who are not signing up for a new qualifying subscription.
- Individuals who have previously cancelled their subscription and wish to rejoin under the same membership.
- Vitara CarePilot reserves the right to refuse membership to individuals who have a history of payment defaults or policy violations.
- Special Considerations:
- Customers experiencing extenuating circumstances, such as financial hardship or relocation, may be eligible for deferred enrollment upon request and approval.
- Any disputes regarding eligibility will be subject to review by Vitara CarePilot's membership team, whose decision will be final.
Lifetime Benefits
- Membership benefits remain active for the duration of a continuous subscription.
- If a subscription is cancelled for less than 12 months, the Founder's Club membership will be revoked, unless the cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances, such as:
- Medical emergencies.
- Financial hardship (subject to review and approval).
- Other unforeseen events at Vitara CarePilot's discretion.
- Members may pause their subscription for a period of up to 30 days, provided it is for reasons such as:
- Temporary relocation or moving.
- Short-term travel.
- Any pause requests exceeding 30 days may result in membership forfeiture unless otherwise approved by Vitara CarePilot.
Membership Transfer
- Founder's Club members are permitted to transfer their membership once to an eligible recipient, such as an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) or a close friend, provided the following conditions are met:
- A written request for transfer must be submitted to Vitara CarePilot at least 30 days in advance, outlining the reason for transfer and the recipient's details.
- The recipient must meet all eligibility criteria, including acceptance of the current subscription plan and agreement to the Founder's Club terms and conditions.
- Transfers are subject to approval by Vitara CarePilot, which may consider factors such as outstanding payments, misuse of benefits, or prior violations of the terms.
- Upon successful transfer:
- The new member will assume all rights and benefits associated with the Founder's Club membership.
- The original member will relinquish all privileges, and re-enrollment will not be permitted unless otherwise specified.
- Pricing guarantees and exclusive perks will carry over to the new member, provided there is no interruption in the subscription.
- Membership transfers are not permitted in the following cases:
- If the original member has an outstanding balance or unresolved disputes with Vitara CarePilot.
- If the request is deemed to be in bad faith or for commercial purposes (e.g., resale of membership).
- Special transfer requests due to critical life events, such as medical conditions or relocation, may be considered outside the standard transfer policy at Vitara CarePilot's discretion.
Fixed Pricing Guarantee
- Founding Member pricing is locked at the rate applicable at the time of enrollment and will remain unchanged for the duration of an active, uninterrupted subscription. This guarantees protection against future price increases for the selected tiered package (Assurance, Peace of Mind, or Guardian Care).
- The pricing guarantee applies exclusively to the initial subscription tier chosen at the time of enrollment. Upgrades or downgrades to a different tier may result in a revised pricing structure based on current rates.
- Eligibility for Pricing Guarantee:
- The fixed pricing benefit remains valid only if the subscription is maintained continuously without interruption.
- If the subscription is cancelled or lapses, the pricing guarantee will be permanently forfeited, and re-enrollment will be subject to prevailing market rates.
- Exceptions to forfeiture may be granted in the following cases, subject to Vitara CarePilot's approval:
- Temporary subscription pauses of up to 30 days, granted for relocation or extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies.
- Subscription pauses exceeding 30 days will void the pricing guarantee unless otherwise pre-approved.
- Payment Compliance:
- To maintain the pricing guarantee, members must ensure timely payments according to the agreed billing cycle (monthly or annually).
- Failed payments or delayed renewals may result in the loss of guaranteed pricing, and the standard rates at the time of reinstatement will apply.
- Non-Transferability:
- The pricing guarantee is non-transferable, except in cases where the membership is legally transferred to an approved family member or friend under the Membership Transfer Policy.
- In such cases, the pricing guarantee will apply to the transferee as long as the subscription remains uninterrupted.
- Changes to Subscription Terms:
- Any modifications initiated by Vitara CarePilot, such as feature enhancements or service expansions, will not affect the fixed pricing benefit. However, additional services or add-ons requested by the member may be billed separately at prevailing rates.
Program Changes
- Right to Modify or Discontinue:
- Vitara CarePilot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Founder's Club program at its sole discretion. Such changes may include, but are not limited to:
- Adjustments to membership benefits, features, and eligibility criteria.
- Modifications to pricing structures or discount rates.
- Amendments to referral rewards, event invitations, or other promotional offerings.

- Registered email address.
- Official website announcements.
- Member portal notifications.
- Members are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date to ensure timely receipt of program change notifications.
- Effect of Changes on Existing Members:
- Any changes to the program will not retroactively affect existing benefits, pricing guarantees, or membership status unless explicitly stated.
- In the case of program discontinuation, members will be provided with options such as:
- Transitioning to an alternative membership program (if available).
- Receiving prorated refunds for any unused portion of prepaid subscriptions.
- Retaining benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Member Opt-Out Option:
- If a member does not agree to the proposed changes, they have the right to opt out of the program within the notice period without penalties.
- Opting out will result in the termination of Founder's Club benefits, and the member will revert to standard subscription terms and pricing.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
- In extraordinary cases (e.g., legal or regulatory changes, unforeseen operational challenges), Vitara CarePilot may be required to implement immediate changes without prior notice. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to inform members as soon as possible.
- Final Authority:
- Vitara CarePilot retains the final authority on all decisions related to program changes and reserves the right to assess individual cases to ensure fair treatment.
